Quilling Plus refers to quillworks that include the use of other materials and/or techniques as a complement to Paper Quilling.

 

Quilling On refers to quillworks that are mounted on a material other than paper.  Commonly used materials are wood and polystyrene.  In fact, quillworks can be mounted on any surface imaginable!
